TECHNICAN PTY LTD UNDERTAKING
- The Applicant's personal particulars including contact details, resume and/or job availability will be input into our database and will remain there for a minimum period of one (1) year unless advised otherwise.
- The Applicant's personal particulars and/or resume will be forwarded to suitable Clients if we have a completed and submitted copy of this document.
- Information received from referees will assist us in our assessment and judgement of the Applicant's capabilities. The details will remain strictly confidential and will not be expressed directly to any third party outside of the positions applied for.
- Every effort will be made to obtain for the Applicant, the best contract available at the time, taking into consideration the type of work, length of contract, project requirements and location; or the most suitable permanent position, taking into consideration all of the Applicant's particular preferences.
- Technican Pty Ltd will negotiate contract rates on the Applicant's behalf directly with the Client, and every endeavour will be made to agree on an acceptable market rate at the time.
APPLICANT UNDERTAKING
- The Applicant permits Technican Pty Ltd to contact agreed referees of former clients and employers and refer the Applicant's details to suitable Client organisations.
- For a period of six (6) months following the date Technican Pty Ltd introduces the Applicant to its Client(s), the Applicant will not enter into any arrangement directly with the Client without the prior written consent of Contract Personnel Australia Pty Ltd.
- Contract Position: The Applicant acknowledges the business relationship is between Contract Personnel Australia Pty Ltd and the Client, and therefore, will not discuss any fees with the Client, either at an interview or during any assignment. Should the Client need to discuss fees, the Applicant will direct the Client to speak directly with Technican Pty Ltd.
- Permanent Position: The Applicant acknowledges that their salary expectations discussed with Technican Pty Ltd will be used as a guide only, and the details and final negotiation of the Applicant's remuneration will be negotiated by the Applicant directly with the Client.
Declaration
I have read and understood the contents of this document and hereby grant authorisation to Technican Pty Ltd to act as my representative.
